(c) Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other devices to retrieve or index any portion of the campaign content or collect information about users for any unauthorized purpose. (d) Submit content that falsely expresses or implies that such content is sponsored or endorsed by UNIROUTERBTC LTD.. (e) Use the campaign for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or engage in, encourage, or promote any illegal activity, or any activity that violates these Terms.

EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. We do not guarantee that the campaign or any of its content will meet your requirements, or that the operation will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. Furthermore, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the campaign's content or any information or materials provided through it. Indemnity

By participating in the UniRouter campaign, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UNIROUTERBTC Ltd., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the campaign; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, privacy, or property right; or (d) any claim that your campaign content caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the campaign.

(a) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL UNIROUTERBTC Ltd., ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE CAMPAIGN; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE CAMPAIGN; (iii) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE CAMPAIGN; AND (iv) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

(b) IN NO EVENT WILL UNIROUTERBTC Ltd.'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE CAMPAIGN EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

(c) THE LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN UNIROUTERBTC Ltd. AND YOU.

Arbitration

In the event of any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions, or any breach thereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity, such dispute shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration under the rules of the [Specify Arbitration Association, e.g., American Arbitration Association] or a similar arbitration service agreed upon by both parties.
