# Use Cases

Use cases of UniRouter goes way beyond a cross-chain bridge. UniRouter bridge, RouterChain offer a great variety of infrastructure that supports dApps to be build upon. 

* **Bridging Bitcoin and EVM**

The first use case of UniRouter bridge is to connect Bitcoin and EVM ecosystems, a boost-up of asset liquidity for Bitcoin network. 

* **Supporting Inscription Assets with more use cases**

With the secure and reliable cross-chain bridge, UniRouter acts as the revolutionary way that assets are transferred and data communicated across various Blockchain platforms. 

* **Ordinal-based Onchain Games**

Besides DeFi protocols, UniRouter also can support other application senarios such as Gaming and SocialFi etc. Take Gaming as an example, UniRouter supports passing Ordinal-based events to EVM chains, thus can greatly bring more traction to onchain games on Bitcoin network. More chains will be expanded, like Op L2s such as Optimism.

* **RouterChain - Infrastructure for Cross-chain Applications**

UniRouter will build our own RouterChain to become an open, programmable and secure pub-sub platform across Bitcoin network and EVM ecosystems. Upon the completion of RouterChain, we will be able to support developer teams and builders to build on RouterChain for any cross-chain applications.&#x20;

* **Indexer Reconciliation**

Indexer Reconciliation is a pivotal aspect of UniRouter. We intend to utilize our Indexer Reconciliation Program to:

I. Improve the efficiency of recognizing and rewarding inscription asset indexers, an accelerator of boosting up the Bitcoin ecosystem.&#x20;

II. Revenue model will become healthier with more incentives offered to all users and builders who come to the platform and contribute.&#x20;
